Because every few minutes or so somewhere in Australia (same in other countries) there is a Caravan, Pop Up Caravan, Boat Trailer, Jet Ski Trailer, Camper Trailer, Motorbike Trailer plus other towable or drivable vehicles stolen from the drive way or front verge of a Residential Home, while parked at a Boat Ramp Car Park or at other public car parking areas.
Wheel Lock Consists Of Three Parts

- 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain. NB: Cannot be cut with a Bolt Cutter.
- Padlock or the patented pending locking system, Padlock protection with a customised Padlock to fit inside the Steel Shroud.

Because there is no single Wheel Clamp sold world-wide that will fit all diameter and width wheels from the smallest Wheel on a Jet Ski Trailer up to a Wheel on a 4WD Camper Trailer and all size wheels between without having to adjust anything.

Overview
Most all other wheel clamps sold throughout the World have 3 arms that wrap around the width of the tyre and some type of lock at the front or side. There are many faults with this design.
We did not want to manufacture just another Wheel Clamp, we wanted to design Wheel Clamp that not only wraps round the width of the tyre, it also had to be secured to some part of the towable and drivable Vehicle eg. round the leaf springs or tubular frame as used to manufacture most caravan's chassis.
After almost 12 months of designing and testing various methods to secure one Wheel on a towable and drivable Vehicle in our factory in Perth, Western Australia we finally thought of a design that is an entirely different method compared to any other Wheel Clamp sold world-wide. Our first sale for the Supreme Wheel Lock was to a client in Sydney Australia in June 2008.
Since then we have sold countless numbers of Wheel Lock throughout Australia plus we have exported to the USA, Canada, UK, some countries in Europe.

The design consists of what we named Steel Shield made from Stainless Steel that stands in front of the Wheel and 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain used to secure the Steel Shield to the Wheel and to the vehicle's leaf springs or chassis.
As you can see in the picture to your right there are no arms that wrap around the width of the tyre instead we use 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain to secure the Steel Shield to the Wheel at 4 points and to the vehicle's leaf springs or tubular frame, used to manufacture most caravan's chassis, at 2 points and locks at the front with a Padlock or our patent pending locking system we include with the Supreme Wheel Lock.

Removing Wheel Lock
The following shocked us and no doubt it will also shock you.

by completely deflating the tyre.
It would not matter if the tyre on the towable or driveable Vehicle was completely deflated with a Wheel Lock fitted to a Wheel.

Due to the unique design of the Steel Shield and the method of fitting it to a Wheel eg. placing the supplied Chain through the Steel Shield's four specifically positioned holes and around the towable or driveable vehicle's Wheel at 4 points and around the leaf springs or tubular frame at 2 points it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove the Wheel Lock.
